For safety reasons, however, we may store messaging transcript data (including message content, member names, times and dates) arising from the use of our Services and/or Your direct communications with 360 Crue. Your personal information shall be held securely in a manner consistent with prevailing standards and technology available.
Remember that You are the first defense to protect Your personal information. 360 Crue cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information You transmit to us and therefore You transmit such data at your own risk. 360 Crue has taken and will continue to take all commercially reasonable steps available to comply with physical, electronic and procedural safeguards as may be imposed by law or as may be required to protect Your personal information once it is supplied to 360 Crue. 360 Crue does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally identifiable information from persons under 13 years of age. No part of the Website or Services available in connection therewith are directed to persons under 13. If You are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the 360 Crue Website at any time or in any manner.
If you are 16 years of age or under, please get your parent/guardian’s permission before providing personal information to 360 Crue.
